Abstract

本发明公开一种用于镀锌板的彩涂无铬预处理液,属于镀锌板无铬钝化技术领域。该彩涂无铬预处理液的成分及质量百分比为:有机硅烷,8~20%;无机盐,1.2~4%;氧化剂,1~2%;络合剂,0.12~0.24%;溶剂为去离子水,余量;该无铬预处理液的pH值为3~4,通过无机酸进行调节。本发明能在形成无机金属化合物沉淀膜的基础上再形成一层三维网状的致密有机硅烷阻隔层,同时由于有机硅烷的加入,不仅能增加钝化膜与镀锌层的结合力,且能提高钝化层的耐蚀性、耐洗刷性和耐磨性,完全能够满足彩涂工艺的需求。本发明可利用现有的钝化设备及工艺,且不含铬,是一种环保型钝化液。
The invention discloses a color coating chromium-free pretreatment solution for a galvanized plate, and belongs to the technical field of chromium-free passivation of galvanized plates. The color coating chromium-free pretreatment solution comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 8 to 20 percent of organic silane, 1.2 to 4 percent of inorganic salt, 1 to 2 percent of oxidant, 0.12 to 0.24 percent of complexing agent and the balance of deionized water serving as a solvent. The pH value of the chromium-free pretreatment solution is 3 to 4, and is regulated through inorganic acid. The chromium-free pretreatment solution can form a three-dimensional netlike compact organic silane blocking layer based on a formed inorganic metal compound precipitation membrane; and meanwhile, because the organic silane is added, the bonding force of a passivation film and a galvanized layer can be increased, the corrosion resistance, washing resistance and abrasion resistance of the passivation layer can be improved, and the requirement of a color coating process can be fully met. The pretreatment solution can be prepared by using the conventional passivation equipment and processes, does not contain chromium, and is environmentally-friendly passivation solution.
