Abstract

一种单频窄线宽保偏全光纤脉冲激光器,包括连续单频种子源激光器,沿所述的连续单频种子源激光器输出光束的传播方向依次是:第一声光调制器、第一级单模光纤放大器、第一隔离滤波器、第二级单模光纤放大器、第二声光调制器、第二隔离滤波器、第三级大模场双包层光纤放大器,脉冲时序控制信号源的输出端分别与所述的第一声光调制器、第二声光调制器和第三级大模场双包层光纤放大器的时序控制端相连。本发明具有结构简单,激光重复频率和脉冲宽度可调,效率高,单频性能好和光束质量好的特点。
The invention relates to a single-frequency narrow line width polarization maintaining full-optical fiber pulse laser device which comprises a continuous single-frequency seed source laser device, wherein a first acoustic optical modulator, a first-level single mode fiber amplifier, a first isolation filter, a second-level single mode fiber amplifier, a second acoustic optical modulator, a second isolation filter and a third-level large-mode-field double-cladding fiber amplifier are arranged along the propagation direction of an output beam of the continuous single-frequency seed source laser device. The output end of a pulse sequential control signal source is respectively connected to the first acoustic optical modulator, the second acoustic optical modulator and a sequential control end of the third-level large-mode-field double-cladding fiber amplifier. The single-frequency narrow line width polarization maintaining full-optical fiber pulse laser device has the characteristics that the structure is simple, the laser repetition frequency and the pulse width are adjustable, the efficiency is high, the single-frequency property is excellent and the light beam quality is high.
