Abstract

本发明公开了一种棒材力学性能检测用金具及其使用方法,它包括基座、压块、芯棒和内锥纹螺母,所述的芯棒上端与基座螺纹相连,所述的压块通过其上部的卡头与基座上的卡槽卡接在一起,压块的内侧为凹面且与芯棒外侧的凸面夹持区相对应,且所述的压块和与之相对应的凸面夹持区之间设有内层衬垫和外层衬垫;多个压块相配合形成中空的倒锥台体,倒锥台体的下部设有外锥纹与内锥纹螺母螺合。本发明设计的棒材力学性能检测用金具及其使用方法,用于检测棒材的力学性能,通过试验验证了该种金具可操作型强,制备简便。利用金具获取的试件力学性能数据可靠。
The invention discloses a hardware fitting for detecting mechanical property of a bar material and a using method thereof. The hardware fitting comprises a base, a pressure block, a core rod and an internal conical thread nut, wherein the upper end of the core rod is in threaded connection with the base; the pressure block is clamped together with a clamping groove on the base through a chuck on the upper part of the pressure block; the inner side of the pressure block is a concave surface and corresponds to a convex surface clamping region on the outer side of the core rod; an inner layer liner and an outer layer liner are arranged between the pressure block and the convex surface clamping region which corresponds to the pressure block; a plurality of pressure blocks are matched to form a hollow inverted conical platform body; and the lower part of the inverted conical platform body is provided with an external conical thread which is threaded with the internal conical thread nut. The hardware fitting for detecting mechanical property of the bar material and the using method thereof, disclosed by the invention, are used for detecting the mechanical property of the bar material. Tests prove that the hardware fitting has high operability, and is easy and convenient to manufacture. A test piece obtained by using the hardware fitting has reliable mechanical property data.
