Abstract

The invention relates to a lighting technology and particularly relates to an LED (light-emitting diode) light source heat dissipation method and an LED light source. The LED light source in the LED light source heat dissipation method radiates heats in a heat radiation manner by virtue of an aluminum base plate; and the LED light source comprises an aluminum base plate and an LED luminophor, wherein the LED luminophor is arranged at the frontage of the aluminum base plate, the reverse side of the aluminum base plate is a flat surface, and the reverse side of the aluminum base plate is the main radiating surface of the LED light source. The LED light source heat dissipation method and LED light source provided by the invention have the advantages of good heat dissipation and low cost; and the LED light source is simple in structure and light in weight.
本发明涉及照明技术,尤其涉及一种LED光源散热方法及一种LED光源。LED光源散热方法中LED光源主要通过铝基板以热辐射的方式散热。LED光源包括铝基板和LED发光体,LED发光体设置于铝基板的正面,铝基板的反面为平面,铝基板的反面是该LED光源的主散热面。本发明提供一种散热效果好、结构简单、重量轻、成本低的LED光源散热方法及一种LED光源。
