Abstract

本发明涉及一种地铁票,包括自上至下层叠的上PET印刷层、上PVC填充层、INLAY天线层、下PVC填充层及下PET印刷层,INLAY天线层由自上至下层叠的上铝箔层、PET层、下铝箔层复合而成,在INLAY天线层上表面封装芯片,其特征在于:所述INLAY天线层中的PET层为白色PET层。本发明还涉及一种可实现精确数卡的地铁票的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:制作INLAY天线层、PVC填充层压油印刷、INLAY天线层与PVC填充层复合、制作PET印刷层,其中:所述INLAY天线层由上、下双层铝箔与白色PET层复合而成。本发明的地铁票具有结构科学合理,具有数卡精度度高的突出优点,本发明的地铁票加工工艺具有操作简单,易于实现,成本低廉等优点,完全适应目前光电气动读卡器的使用需求,具有广阔的市场前景。
The invention relates to a metro ticket, which comprises an upper PET printing layer, an upper PVC filling layer, an INLAY antenna layer, a lower PVC filling layer and a lower PET printing layer, which are overlapped with each other from the top down; the INLAY antenna layer is composed of an upper aluminum foil layer, a PET layer and a lower aluminum foil layer, which are overlapped with each other from the top down, the metro ticket is characterized in that the PET layer in the INLAY antenna layer is a white PET layer. The invention also relates to a processing technique for metro ticket capable of accurately counting the cards, which comprises the following steps of: manufacturing the INLAY antenna layer, pressure oil printing the PVC filling layer, compounding the INLAY antenna layer with the PVC filling layer and manufacturing the PET printing layer, wherein the INLAY antenna layer is composed of two upper and lower aluminum foil layers and a white PET layer, which are compounded together. The metro ticket of the invention has the advantages of scientific and rational structure and high card counting precision; the processing technique for metro ticket of the invention has the advantages of simple operation, easy realization and low cost, so that the processing technique for metro ticket is completely fit for the application demand of the present photoelectric pneumatic card reader, and the invention has an extensive application prospect.
