Abstract

本发明涉及一种电池阵列的均衡控制系统及方法。本发明是在每一列的末尾曾加一个备用电池,再增加一列电池作为备用电池组,BMS二级模块中电池管理芯片采集温度、电流、电压信号,经K线输送至BMS一级模块;电池的电压、电流、温度数据通过K线传输到一级模块进行比较,发现有故障即替换,在正常运行中,BMS二级模块将控制单个电池轮换,BMS一级模块控制电池组轮换。本发明解决了过去只能在电池出现故障的时候进行提示和报警以及仍必须使用的情况下给电池组造成破坏的缺陷。本发明一旦发现某电池出现故障,则备用电池立即自动替换,未出现故障时备用单个电池替换另一正常使用的电池,称为轮换,从而解决了电动车发展过程电池管理的瓶颈。
The invention relates to a balancing control system and a method for a cell array. A standby cell is added to an end of each column, and a column of cells is added as a standby battery. A cell management chip in a BMS second module acquires temperature, current and voltage signals and transmits them to a BMS first module through a K wire; data of voltage, current and temperature of the cells is transmitted to the first module through the K wire for comparison, and any fault cell discovered is substituted; and during normal operation, the BMS second module controls individual cell rotation, and the BMS first module controls battery rotation. The invention overcomes defects that a prior cell management system can only prompt and alarm when a cell fault occurs, and that continuous usage causes destroy on the battery. According to the invention, once a certain fault cell is discovered, it will be automatically substituted by the standby cell; If no fault occurs, a standby individual cell substituting a normal cell in usage is called rotation, so as to solve cell management bottleneck in the development of motorcycle.
