The invention provides a method of producing thrombus-eliminating kinase to prepare a capsule and relates to the technical field of microorganisms. In the preparation method, soy protein is degraded by using soybean as a main raw material and utilizing the characteristics of high protease activity and strong capability of bacillus natto and by means of the strong protease system of the bacillus natto; a simple fermentation process is adopted to prepare natto with enzyme activity in each gram of over 10,000IU; and the natto is lyophilized and crushed, and is added with proper auxiliary materials to prepare the thrombus-eliminating capsule. The capsule contains massive serine protease, various vitamins, oligosaccharide, unsaturated fatty acid, gamma-glutamyltransferase, alpha-polyglutamic acid and the like, and has the efficacies of preventing myocardial infarction, cerebral thrombosis and arteriosclerosis, softening vessels, reducing cholesterol, regulating blood sugar, preventing hypertension, osteoporosis and dental ulcer, protecting intestines and stomach, treating coprostasis, beautifying, resisting cancer and the like.
